Learning Outcomes

Students:
- are familiar with common quantitative data collection methods used in physiotherapy research
- know the basic concepts of statistical science
- know how to handle the data at the descriptive level
- know how to apply quantitative research methods in their Bachelor's Thesis
- know how to collect appropriate quantitative data
- know how to keep up to date and use existing research knowledge

Assessment Criteria

Pass:
The student understands and knows well the concept of scientific work. The student knows how to use and apply typical quantitative methods for collecting and analyzing data used in physiotherapy. The student is able to design and conduct research- and development projects.

Fail:
The student understands and knows poorly the concept of scientific work. The student doesn’t know how to use and apply typical quantitative methods for collecting and analyzing data used in physiotherapy. The student is not able to design and conduct research- and development projects
