Learning Outcomes
Students will learn to understand, develop and evaluate their own management competence. They will gain basic knowledge and skills in human resource management and know how to apply this competence in productions. Students will learn to plan and monitor financial performance as part of their management competence. They will gain basic knowledge of change and risk management and report practices during and after various projects.
