Learning Outcomes
Students will understand the essential stages of elderly care processes from the perspectives of organizational activity, management and development. They will learn basic skills in supervision and development of activity in organizations providing services for elderly clients. They will gain basic competence in economics, pricing services and cost accounting. Students will learn planning, implementation, evaluation and development pertaining to quality management in elderly care. Students will be competent in planning and implementing development projects together with representatives of the working world. They will also possess basic skills in marketing elderly care services and their own expertise.
