Learning Outcomes
Occupational and environmental safety in construction
Students know the relevant labour legislation and understand the collective labour agreement for the construction field. They know the basics of production and area planning.
Competence in the construction process
Upon completion of the module, students are able to plan entrepreneurial activities and to draw up a business plan. They are familiar with organizational models and management styles, know how to apply creative methods and know the basics of human resources management. Students know the relevant labour legislation and understand the collective labour agreement for the construction field. They are also competent in cost planning for construction projects.
