Learning Outcomes
The student is able to prepare foundation documents and a legally valid company name of a partnership company and a limited company. He/she is aware of the owner´s liability for obligations of a company and is able to explain who can perform legal acts on behalf of a company. The student is able to find and apply in practice the essential legislation concerning partnership companies and limited companies.
The student knows the significance of efficient observing a ledger in connection with returns of a company. He/she is able to collect debt by voluntary and judicial ways. The student is able to prepare a legally valid payment order and an application for a summons.

Excellent (5): The student is able to find and apply in practice legislation concerning partnerships and limited companies. He/she is able in practice to collect debts both voluntary and judicial ways. The student knows in detail how to realize property collaterals.
Good (4-3): The student is able to find and apply in practice essential legislation concerning partnerships and limited companies. He/she knows how to collect debts both voluntary and judicial ways. The student knows generally how to realize different kind of property collaterals.
Satisfactory (2-1): The student is able to find and apply in practice essential legislation concerning partnerships and limited companies. He/she knows generally how to collect debts both voluntary and judicial ways. The student knows generally how to realize both movable and immovable collaterals.
