Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students will be able to define the components and connections of power electronics and verify the topologies associated with switch mode power supplies. Students will explain also the principles behind motor drives in power electronics and battery technology, as well as heat design in power electronics. Students will be able to evaluate EMC and safety regulations concerning power equipment and devices.

- Guidebooks and brochures for power electronics components and component manufacturers
- Exercises and calculations cover different topologies
